Brownies

I have always loved brownies, ever since I was a child. My mother would make them for me as a special treat, and I would always savor each and every bite. As I got older, I started to experiment with different recipes, trying to find the perfect balance of rich chocolate flavor and a soft, fudgy texture. This easy brownie recipe is my all-time favorite, and I know it will become a staple in your baking repertoire too.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the oil, eggs, and vanilla; beat until well blended.
  3. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
