The beautiful coffee cake

Once upon a time, there was a coffee cake that dreamed of being the star of the bakery. But every time it tried to show off its delicious cinnamon swirls and tender crumb, the other pastries would make fun of it for not having any frosting or fancy decorations.

Feeling dejected, the coffee cake decided to run away from the bakery and explore the world on its own. It traveled far and wide, through forests and deserts and mountains, meeting all sorts of interesting characters along the way.

Eventually, the coffee cake stumbled upon a group of mischievous fairies who loved to play pranks on unsuspecting travelers. But when they saw the coffee cake, they were struck by its warm and inviting aroma, and decided to help it achieve its dream of being the star of the bakery.

Together, the fairies sprinkled the coffee cake with glittering sugar crystals and spun delicate webs of spun sugar around its edges, creating a masterpiece of confectionary art. And when the coffee cake returned to the bakery, it was greeted with cheers and applause from all the other pastries, who finally realized that true beauty comes from within.
