  5. Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture in the shape of an Easter egg.
  6. Melt the apricot preserves in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  7. Brush the melted preserves over the fruit to create a shiny glaze.
  8. Refrigerate the pizza until ready to serve.
