Once upon a time, there was a silly kangaroo named Kiki who loved to snack on kale chips. She would hop around the forest with a bag of kale chips in her pouch, sharing them with all her animal friends.

  4. Add the kale pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the oil mixture.
  5. Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the kale chips are crispy and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
