The Smart Chef

Tabitha's T-Bone

Tabitha was always known for her love of T-bone steaks. She would eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if she could. One day, she decided to try something new and grill her steak on the roof of her apartment building. She climbed up the ladder with her T-bone in hand and began to cook. Everything was going well until a gust of wind blew her chef's hat off her head and onto the steak, covering it in flour. Tabitha didn't let that stop her though. She continued to grill her steak, flour and all, and when she took a bite, she declared it the best T-bone she had ever eaten. From then on, she always sprinkled a little flour on her steaks before grilling them, claiming it was the secret to her success.
